Do I need a new phone number?
Not necessarily. You can use the number you already advertise, but it has to come off the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on your phone first: a number cannot be on the app and on the WhatsApp Business Platform at the same time. If your team wants to keep using the app on that number, use a new number for IGNITECORE.
What stops it inventing a price?
The assistant only quotes prices, payment terms and availability that appear in the documents you upload. When your documents do not answer a question, it sends your fallback message and can alert your team to step in.
Can my team still reply personally?
Yes. Anyone on your team can take over a conversation with one click. The assistant stops replying, any queued follow ups are cancelled, and you can hand the chat back to the assistant whenever you like.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing renews by itself: you pay for each month, and we remind you before it ends. If you have not renewed when the month ends, the assistant keeps replying for 3 days while you sort it out. After that, automation pauses. Nothing is deleted, so your documents, leads and conversations are there when you come back.
Is this an unofficial WhatsApp bot?
No. IGNITECORE runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. Your WhatsApp Business account stays in your own Meta account; you share it with us and our team does the rest. No unofficial app is involved.
